Using Pc2phone with Windows Vista

Windows Vista Has an inherent problem of compatibility in its design. Software and application designers are working day and night to try and overcome these problems. Microsoft has promised to create a new version of Windows Vista that will address these problems.

To Use our Pc2phone with Windows Vista, extra configuration is needed. Please follow these steps:

1. Visit our partner's website http://www.counterpath.com/13#Download
2. Click on Xlite FREE Download
3. Click Download
4. Enter your name and email address
5. Download Xlite for Windows
6. Click run. Follow instructions to install.
7. Restart your computer after installation.
8. Launch your Xlite from your desktop

Your will need to configure Xlite to work with our server. To obtain your login details go to our home page or, CLICK HERE to sign up for a FREE account

During the sign up process Choose GK/Registrar Clients (Do not Choose Pc2phone)

Select New Account

Choose None.

Enter your details, Click Next to complete your Sign up.

You will receive your Login details instantly, or check your email for login details. This might take a few hours. Please allow up to 24 hours before attempting to contact us.

How to configure your Xlite Phone

On the phone, Click on the left triangle on top of the phone, this is the menu button, Selecting Sip Account setting

Display name: enter the name you want to be displayed on the phone
Username: enter the username you received from us after registration
Password: enter the password you received from us.
Authorization username: enter the same username you entered above.
Domain: 88.208.194.107
below, select connect Via Domain
Click Apply, the close.
Your phone will initialize and register with our server.

How to credit Money intp your Account

Go to our home page and click on members Login. CLICK HERE to login now
On the right hand side you will see the login form, enter your username and password as above, click login. Once you are in, enter the amount you will like to recharge your phone with. Follow instructions to make payment. Once your payment is complete your account will automatically be updated with the new balance. To make call please dial with the format: Country Code + Phone number. Even if you are calling from within the uK you have to enter 44 as the country code. For instance to call 07794712347 from within UK, enter it on the phone as: 447794712347
